Jeff Brock

Jeff is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hargett Hunter, a private equity firm investing exclusively in multi-unit restaurant companies. With more than 25 years as an investor and banking professional, he previously helped drive investment strategy at Morehead Capital, whose restaurant holdings included Chop't Creative Salad and Hash House A Go Go, and played a role in executing over $2 billion in debt financings at JPMorgan Securities, First Union, Bank of America, and GE Capital Franchise Finance.

Prem Patel

Prem is the COO of HKB Hotel Group, an Atlanta-based hotel owner and operator. HKB manages more than 3,500 rooms across the U.S., from boutique and luxury hotels to midscale and economy. Prem started in hospitality at age 11, working the front desk, and he’s been in the business ever since. Today he helps run HKB’s growing portfolio, which includes six Hyatt Place hotels bought for $55M. He brings an owner-operator view of how new technology changes the guest experience and the work of running hotels at scale.

Ashley Robinson

Ashley Robinson is the Founder and CEO of The Seaker Group, a decision-science consulting firm, and author of Be Irreplaceable. Her career spans operations, landlord development, and data science, and she helps multi-unit operators, landlords, and franchise systems make brick-and-mortar growth decisions with clarity. As CEO of Seaker.io, she is turning her “The Ten Things”™ framework into an AI-powered platform that cuts site underwriting down to about ten minutes.

Christian Ryan

Christian Ryan is President of Insurance at WithCoverage, where he leads the company’s insurance and risk advisory business. He brings more than 20 years of experience advising companies on insurance and risk, with deep expertise in hospitality, real estate and gaming. Most recently, Christian served as Managing Director and North American Industry Leader at WTW, overseeing Willis’ 12 North American industry verticals. Before that, he spent eight years at Marsh, where he led the firm’s US Hospitality, Sports & Entertainment practice, served on its US Real Estate & Hospitality Executive Committee, and later led the Dallas office. Christian is based in Dallas.
