This is a candid, operator-led conversation focused on where AI is driving tangible ROI today, how companies are adapting their operating models, and how investors are evaluating and underwriting these changes.
The evening will feature a small number of spotlight founders, including JD Ross (Founder of WithCoverage and Opendoor) and Rogers Healy (Owner & CEO of Morrison Seger Venture Capital Partners), sharing how AI is changing their businesses - followed by small, curated dinner discussions with peers.

Speakers
Abhishek Malani is a Partner on Sequoia Capital’s growth team, where he backs breakout companies at key inflection points across AI, fintech and enterprise software. Prior to Sequoia, he invested at Silver Lake, working across technology and consumer sectors. Based in New York, Abhishek is known for partnering closely with founders navigating rapid scale, with investments including Kalshi, Juicebox and Waymo.
JD Ross is Co-Founder of WithCoverage. He previously helped build Addepar, a $10B+ financial technology company generating $300M+ in revenue, and later founded Opendoor, which today generates over $4B in revenue.
Rogers Brandon Healy is an American venture capitalist, real estate entrepreneur and television personality. He is the founder of the venture capital firm Morrison Seger Venture Capital Partners and real estate firm Rogers Healy and Associates Real Estate and its affiliated companies.
