Speakers
Emma is Head of Legal at Capsule, where she leads legal and regulatory strategy for one of the country’s fastest-growing digital healthcare companies. Prior to Capsule, she advised technology companies on corporate transactions, commercial partnerships, and scaling high-growth businesses.
Henry Ciocca is General Counsel and VP of Business Development at BATHHOUSE, the New York wellness brand known for its sauna, steam, and cold-plunge experiences. He previously served as President and Chief Legal Officer at Five Iron Golf, pairing legal oversight with operational leadership during the company's national expansion, and as Counsel at Scale LLP. Earlier, he practiced litigation and corporate law as an associate at Reed Smith, Kasowitz Benson Torres, and Satterlee Stephens. Henry holds a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and a B.A. in American Studies from Hamilton College, and is based in New York.
Max is the Co-founder & CEO of WithCoverage, a modern insurance and risk platform backed by Sequoia and Khosla Ventures ($42M+ raised). Previously he disrupted the financial advisory industry and built Compound into a $3B+ AUM digital family office platform.
