Join a curated group of investors, acquirers, and operators for a private dinner exploring how AI is changing the way we buy, build, and operate private businesses - from sourcing and diligence to underwriting, integration, and growth.

We’ll hear practical perspectives from industry leaders on what’s working, where AI is creating value, and what it means for long-term ownership and buy-and-build strategies.

Evening Agenda:

6:30–7:00 PM | Welcome Reception
7:00 PM onward | Seated dinner with perspectives from industry leaders, followed by curated small-group discussions

Attendees: Leaders from holdcos, long-term capital vehicles, lower middle-market PE firms, and independent sponsors, alongside serial acquirers and operators. The full RSVP list will be shared in advance to help finalize seating.

Space is limited. RSVP required.

Philip Lang

Philip Lang is the co-founder of Crossbeam Partners, which uses AI to help private equity firms and independent sponsors source off-market acquisitions. Previously, he co-founded Triplemint, grew the real estate brokerage to more than $1 billion in annual transactions, and led it to its acquisition by The Agency, where he served on the board. He brings a founder’s and operator’s perspective on using technology to source opportunities and scale businesses.

What To Expect From The Evening

Invite-only group of leading investors & operators

30+ leaders from holdcos, long-term capital vehicles, lower middle-market PE firms, and independent sponsors, alongside serial acquirers and operators.

Candid, off-the-record conversation

No formal programming - just a great dinner and honest conversation about what everyone is seeing across the market, their firms, and the broader PE landscape.

Curated seating & targeted connections

Attendees will receive the RSVP list ahead of the event and can indicate who they’d like to meet. Dinner tables are intentionally curated to facilitate relevant, peer-level conversations.

A dinner, not an industry event

Intentionally small and relaxed, with plenty of time to connect, compare notes, and get to know other senior investors across the investment community.
