Don is the President & Founder of TownCentre Capital, a real estate investment firm focused on acquiring and improving neighborhood retail properties." He's also known online as StripMallGuy, the anonymous X account he ran for over two years before revealing his identity in 2024, which grew to 200K+ followers and now directly sources deals for the firm. He's been in commercial real estate since 2002, founding University Avenue Partners in 2010 (35+ Bay Area deals) before rebranding the platform as TownCentre Capital in 2023, which has since deployed over $100M in investor capital across California, Texas, and beyond. Education: Finance degree from Santa Clara University.
