We’ll be bringing together 150 operators and investors from 8–10am at the Wynn, with made-to-order omelets, barista-made coffee and matcha, fresh juices, and more. We’ll also have a conversation around the challenges and opportunities shaping hospitality, from growth and operational complexity to managing costs, risk, and insurance across portfolios.
